产品介绍 Neuraminidase (sialidase) removes N-acetyl neuraminic acid (sialic acid) from a variety of glycoproteins. The enzyme has an optimum pH of 5.0-5.1. Little or no activity is observed at pH 4.0 or above pH 8.0.
用途 A hydrolytic enzyme that removes sialic acid from mucoproteins
生化机理 Hydrolyzes α(2→3), α(2→6), and α(2→8)-glycosidic linkages of terminal sialic residues of various glycomolecules.
