用途	A hypolipidemic PPARα agonist.
生化机理	Fenofibrate is a hypolipidemic compound which acts as a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor α (PPARα) agonist (EC50 = 18 μM for mouse and EC50 = 30 μM for human). Fenofibrate also binds to PPARγ with at least 10-fold less affinity, and is inactive at PPARδ at concentrations up to 100 μM.
