产品介绍 无臭；有引湿性。在水中易溶，在氯仿或乙醚中几乎不溶。单硫酸卡那霉素的１２％的水溶液的pH为７.０－－９.０；硫酸卡那霉素的３０％的水溶液的pH为６.０－－８.０。
用途 Used in biotechnology applications to inhibit protein synthesis. Used as a selection agent for cells transformed with kanamycin B (neoR, kanR) resistance gene.
生化机理 Mode of Action: Binds to 70S ribosomal subunit; inhibits translocation; elicits miscoding. Antimicrobial spectrum: Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, and mycoplasma.
